We ship our merchandise via Canada Post, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival. If you need your item delivered express please contact us and we will bill you accordingly. If you live in the London, Ontario area contact me and we can arrange for you to pick up your order.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders require a deposit of 50% before work will actually begin, the remainder will be due when the item is ready to ship. We will send you an invoice via Pay pal. Expect a custom order to take 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on the work load at that time.
International Orders:
We will ship internationally, please let us know what items you want, with your shipping address and we will bill you via Pay Pal with the required shipping charge. Please do not use the checkout it is set up for Canadian orders only.
Returns:
Returns are welcome within 30 days of the shipment date with exception of the delivery charge. You may want to insure your return, for we are not responsible for lost or misdirected merchandise.
